Trip to Copenhagen

Hello again,

here are the details about the trip to Copenhagen:

Participants:
  1. Alan
  2. Breno
  3. Maiko
  4. Marina
  5. Sarah
  6. Vitor
  7. Yulya

Way to Copenhagen:
  • We'll meet on Saturday, September 30th, at 6.35 am (!) in or in front of the train station buidlding of Lüneburg and take the train at 6.53 am to Hamburg
  • Arrival in Hamburg main station: 7.25 am
  • Departure by bus from Hamburg ZOB (next to the train station): 8.30 am
  • Arrival in Copenhagen: 13.45
Accomodation:
I booked an 8-bed room for the 7 of us (this also leaves the possibility for Karina to decide spontaneously to join us!) at the "Danhostel Copenhagen City" (you can check under www.danhostel.dk), where we will stay 2 nights.
The price for the hostel (see below) doesn't include bedsheets, towels and breakfast --> everything has to be brought by ourselves! Sleeping bags are for any reason not allowed!

Way back to Lüneburg:
  • Departure in Copenhagen: Monday, Octobre 2nd, at 15.45 (we need to be there half an hour earlier); I know you wanted to stay until Tuesday, Octobre 3rd, but that day no bus goes from Copenhagen to Hamburg and the next bus would depart only on Octobre 6th. But at least we have to pay one night accomodation less this way...
  • Arrival in Hamburg: 21.00 at the same day
Prices:
  • bus trip: 38 €, two ways (will be deduced from your wage)
  • accomodation: 32,90 € for 2 nights (will be deduced from your wage, includes already IAESTE subsidy of 10 €)
  • public transport in Copenhagen: 105 Danish Krones (about 14,10 €) per person and day for a 24-hours ticket (since we'll stay a little more than 48 h, each one of us will need two tickets)
Please note that the currency in Denmark is Danish Krones and not Euro!

For your questions I am always at your disposal!

See you,
Sarah
